Your Opportunities:

Responsible for formulating an ambitious corporate vision and overseeing the strategic planning process

Creating strategic partnerships for Acino and managing existing alliances

Driving a global business development search & execution and strategic partnerships optimizing deal allocation between Geographies

Portfolio Strategy and predominantly looking for innovative, multi-regional deals

Portfolio development execution ensuring that deals are launched on time and on budget

Leading high impact strategic initiatives, including M&A, and large scale transformation

Anticipating the future and mobilizing the organization to meet its challenges

Who you are:

Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy or related field (MBA or PhD preferred)

Broad experience as a Chief Business Officer, actively contributing to the Executive Committee and collaborating with the Board

Leadership experience in the segment of established products, branded generics, innovative products and beyond

Strong leadership skills with proven financial acumen, able to mobilize and coach leadership teams towards:

Strategy and value creation

Execution

Growth mindset: Ability to recover quickly from unanticipated challenges, viewing them not as barriers but as opportunities for growth—both professionally and personally

Collaborative approach: Ability to work across the organization and identify synergies with other assets for value creation, particularly with Arcera

Connector and networker: Extensive network in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken / Other languages skills are a plus.
