Your Role as Founder Associate Venture Development

We are seeking an enthusiastic Founder Associate to join our mission and to help us develop Mycolever to the next level. You will be working directly with the founders and gain a complete view of the venture development from tech to business. We learn grow and have a great time doing it.

What the job involves:

• Be a true entrepreneur and help build a company from day 1.
• Learn what it means to be a founder by working directly with our founding team.
• Support the founders in daily tasks and help position Mycolever as a market leader.
• Engage in the implementation of our gotomarket strategy through e.g. business case validation expert interviews marketing and sales projects and product launch preparations.
• Address challenges related to process and operational scalability such as preparing product launches building sales processes supporting marketing activities supporting project management etc.
• Contribute to product development activities whether in software development or biotech process scaleup.
• Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.
• Apply and join us for a minimum of 3 months.

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelors Masters or MBA degree in a relevant field such as business management business informatics chemistry chemical formulation cosmetics biotech or others.
• First internship experience in startups tech companies or consulting is an advantage.
• You are business fluent in English. Fluency in German may be required for certain positions.
• You have a getthingsdone attitude are not afraid to take initiative and can drive results.
• You possess strong problemsolving skills and the ambition to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• You bring authenticity to your work whether you are introverted extroverted a doer or an analytical thinker.
• You enjoy the journey and understand that building ventures is an exciting ride with ups and downs.

• Hybrid or remote Location flexibility: Work hybrid close to our team in Bonn/Rheinbach or Munich or completely remote with occasional visits at our office in Bonn/Rheinbach

Hiring Process

We believe in transparency and efficiency. Our hiring process consists of three stages designed to provide a smooth and quick experience.

Process Details:

1. Initial Interview: A 20minute chat with one of our founders to get to know you and discuss your expectations.
2. Deep Dive Interview: A 60minute minicase study and interview with one of our founders to assess your skills and discuss your past projects. References are a plus.
3. Final Interview: A 30minute conversation with our founding team either in person over lunch or remotely to dive deeper into your fit with Mycolever.
