About the Role
We are looking for you to join our software engineering team to build the Research Infrastructure of the future.
As a software engineering intern/working student at Yendou, you will work closely with Felix (our Founding Software Engineer) to help build and ship the first Data Intelligence-empowered CRM.
About Yendou
Yendou is the first Data Intelligence-empowered CRM designed to help R&D teams at life sciences companies scale and accelerate cancer clinical trials's allocation in clinics, globally.
You might have heard this before: It takes 12 years and $800 million to bring a cancer therapeutic to the market.
But you know what the outsiders don't know?
More than 1/3 of this 12-year timeline (4.6 years) and 22% of the clinical trials costs are spent on the process of clinical trial allocation to clinics.
To solve this problem…
We are creating the first CRM for Pharma, like Salesforce, but with a list of ready-to-go qualified prospects. No more hunting for doctors or hospitals, now they are all on Yendou and companies can shorten the selection timeline by 12 months.

Yendou has raised $1.3M to date from B2Ventures, Heartfelt_, and Industry Angels.
TasksSoftware Development – You will support us in the development and implementation of projects and products based on modern technologies. This includes the entire software lifecycle (agile software development with Scrum and the implementation of solutions).
Focus Areas – Depending on the project, the topics and technologies applied will vary. You will work on the development of web, frontend, or backend components, or the implementation of ETL processes. This may involve the design and realization of individual customer requirements or the implementation of solutions in the cloud.
Quality Driven Culture: Your work should and will always aim to improve customer satisfaction by continuously optimizing technical efforts, enhancing quality, and creating software that is enjoyable to use.
Teamwork – You will become part of our agile team. We will support you in handling your tasks and help you to further develop your skills.
Requirements- You are an enrolled student in computer science or a comparable field at a university.
- You have initial experience in one or more of the following programming languages: TypeScript, React, NextJS, or other common web technologies.
- You have interesting side projects that you would love to show off to us.
- You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2).
We are looking for a builder of dreams, a driver of growth, join us if you have:
- Hunger: You want more than just a 9-to-5; you want to create something extraordinary.
- Ambition: You dream big and are willing to work hard to make it happen.
- Ownership: You take responsibility, find solutions, and thrive in chaos.
- Greed (for Success): You’re driven by results and have the grit to achieve them.
You will be part of exciting journey to build something from the ground up at a highly-promising and fast-paced startup.
You will learn from the best minds and work with a top-notch team (ex AstraZeneca, Microsoft, BCG, Pitch, etc.).
You will get a Macbook of your choice as working laptop.
What It Will Be Like
- It won't be easy; in fact, it will be very hard.
- BUT, it will be a lot of fun.
- You will be directly involved in shipping incredible software to our customers, and you will see it make a difference in their daily lives.
- You need to be comfortable in being uncomfortable; timelines will change, priorities will most likely shift.
