• As part of our onboarding process, you will provide our new employees with a warm and informative welcome. Here you will help with the organization and implementation so that all new employees have a great start before, during and after their first day 
• Personnel development measures are a key success factor for our company. You make a significant contribution to this success by selecting suitable training providers and courses and by organizing the smooth running of the training courses
• You are the contact person for individual development goals of our employees and managers and advise them on their approach
• To keep your finger on the pulse of our employees, you will conduct and evaluate quarterly surveys
   Organizing events gives you the opportunity to make a constant contribution to our culture 
• You will be responsible for the planning, organization, implementation and follow-up of our annual team events and smaller events
• In addition, you will support a wide range of People & Culture projects, such as the further development of our corporate culture or the expansion of our benefits offering

• A degree in (business) psychology, adult education, business administration with a focus on personnel development/personnel management or a comparable qualification 
• Initial experience with modern personnel development methods (a.o. potential identification and talent management), in the conception and implementation of coaching and workshops as well as in advising employees
• You also have knowledge in the areas of onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits 
• Embedded in a well-established team, you work independently on the tasks assigned to you, deliver reliable results and have high quality standards
• You are able to speak and write fluently in German and English

Checkmk is available as an open-source and commercial edition. Over the last four years we have grown from 20 to over 150 employees to support our customer growth in Europe, the US and beyond.
