Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM and E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and extensive experience in CRM and email marketing (EDM) using Klaviyo. This role also requires proficiency in writing and briefing emails for design and translation.

Fluency in Italian and English or German and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Optimize online store performance, including site speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.

CRM Management:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies using Klaviyo to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Segment customer data to create targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling and effective email copy for various campaigns and customer segments.
• Brief design and translation teams to ensure emails are visually appealing and accurately localized.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Klaviyo to track and report on key metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance our e-commerce and CRM capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, in a DTC environment.
• Extensive experience in CRM management and email marketing (EDM), specifically using Klaviyo.
• Strong copywriting skills for email campaigns.
• Experience briefing design and translation teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English or German and English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Passion for sustainability and conscious consumerism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the beauty or home decor industry.
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly business practices.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
