Your tasks

- Support in the administrative handling of the application process
- Maintenance and management of personnel files
- Support in the creation and management of employment contracts and other documents
- Participation in the organization and implementation of onboarding processes
- Support in the creation of reports and evaluations
- General administrative tasks in the daily business

Our requirements

• Enrolled student or graduated student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management or a similar course of study
• Interest in human resources and initial experience in the HR sector is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Strong organizational skills and a careful way of working
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
