About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead outbound sales in East Germany with a focus on acquiring new clients in and around the Berlin healthcare and care sectors (public and private). This role involves driving business growth through proactively sourcing, building relationships with and closing new clients.


Key responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across diverse business sizes
  • Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet acquisition and retention goals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Demonstrate the high energy, hunger and drive to pursue new sales leads and win business, hitting ambitious targets.
  • Proven experience in business development with a focus on client acquisition and management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes across different business sizes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Sales Acquisition
  • Good communication skills in English and German (Minimum C1)
