As a Source to Pay / Procurement – Lead Consultant, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product configuration skills for products like ARIBA. Your knowledge on Source to Pay / ARIBA to do Function design, Configure S2P systems to help implement processes reimagination for leading S2P transformation programs. The Process Transformation consulting practice also offers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and certifications across multiple leading ERP / eProcurement / business application products (including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to drive opportunities for yourself while keeping your career ahead of the curve.

As ARIBA Lead Consultant you consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement and should demonstrate deep source to Pay knowledge with deep hands-on consulting background around ARIBA based Procurement transformation in SaaS and ERP implementations. Further responsibilities:

• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into ARIBA based design
• Design and optimize procurement processes utilizing best practices within client industry
• Client facing role, mainly with senior client stakeholders – activities include interacting, communicating, presenting and aligning with executive sponsors, leadership and other decision makers at the client
• Establish success within your role by demonstrating knowledge on domain topics, like Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Performance Management / Supplier Risk Management, Contingent Labor Procurement, Service Procurement, Procurement – Indirect and Direct Invoice Management

What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future

• At least 7 years of consulting experience in Procurement / Source to Pay processes as well as at least 3 to 5 years of deep hands-on consulting and implementation of SaaS products like ARIBA, Ivalua, etc. (Upstream and Downstream Procurement)
• Deep ARIBA Product expertise with certification and experience implementing ARIBA in complex ERP landscape is required
• ARIBA and SAP SRM experience will offer a critical added advantage
• A proven track of record of implementation success, including experience in Process Modeling, Design and fine tuning the solution
• Capability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team-based environment, collaborating with the Practice Lead
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly as well as solid critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively solving problems
