Aufgaben Client Engagement & Consulting: - Conductdiscovery sessions with prospects, qualify opportunities, andtailor your approach to each engagement. - Use insights andconsultative selling techniques to educate customers about theirindustry, offering unique perspectives that link back to AmadeusCytric solutions. - Articulate the value of Cytric solutions andour partner portfolio, helping prospects and clients understand thestrategic advantage of our offerings. - Coach customerstakeholders, build consensus within their organizations, andestablish yourself as a trusted partner. - Strategize with salesteam members to identify the most persuasive approaches, addressingdeal-level challenges, and increasing sales velocity, volume, anddeal size. Solution Definition & Demonstrations: - Leadsolution definition, scoping, and alignment processes, ensuringthat proposed solutions meet the unique needs of each client. -Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations andpresentations for the Amadeus Cytric platform and associatedapplications, utilizing a configurable demonstration environment. -Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and stay current withindustry events and product offerings to provide a comprehensiveview during demonstrations. - Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaborationwith the sales team, aligning solutions to prospect requirements.Collaboration & Strategic Leadership: - Manage strategic bidsand collaborate with the sales lead, contributing to territoryplanning and deal reviews. - Lead and contribute to strategicprojects and initiatives that drive the success of theorganization. - Provide advice and guidance to other SolutionsConsultants, participating in the professional development of newteam members. - Offer input on prospect requirements to ProductMarketing teams, ensuring alignment between client needs andproduct development. - Participate in trade shows, userconferences, and other events as a representative of Amadeus.Profil - University degree in Engineering, Finance, BusinessAdministration, or similar. - 10+ years in the IT industry, withexperience in product/solution management, consulting, or presales.- Experience in a multinational, multicultural, and virtual workingenvironment. - Strong presentation and consulting skills withproficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and persuasion.- Understanding of and experience in the travel, expensemanagement, and payment industry.
