RequirementsTechnical Skills:
▪ Java: 5+ years of experience in Java development.
▪ Delphi: 2+ years of experience with Delphi.
▪ Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile teams.
▪ Architecture Design: Experience in analyzing and defining software architectures.
▪ Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to abstract and analyze complex problems.
Tools Technologies:
▪ IDE: IntelliJ (minimum JDK8).
▪ Build Tools: Maven.
▪ Version Control: Git (Bitbucket) and SVN.
▪ CI/CD Pipeline: Jenkins.
▪ Testing: JUnit, Mockito.
▪ Code Analysis: SonarQube.
▪ Collaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Zeplin.
Additional Skills:
▪ Language: Native German or C1-level proficiency.
▪ Team Leadership: Experience in leading technical teams is a plus.

Hiring Process
1) Chemistry Call: Initial 1-hour interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
