Then acto is the right place for you! As a People & Culture Intern (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish the structures and processes of our P&C department. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture Lead, Julia, taking ownership of talent acquisition, while also tackling exciting People & Culture projects like Performance Reviews, Career Development, Events and more.
Your missionRecruitment: Take ownership of recruitment at acto for a variety of roles, from screening candidates, active sourcing, scheduling interviews, aligning with hiring managers and making offers, to creating a seamless candidate experience, collaborating in the growth of the team in 2025.
Performance Management: Assist in achieving our 2025 goal of implementing a robust performance review system, ensuring all employees have a clear understanding of expectations and opportunities for growth.
Career Development: Assist with the creation of career development paths for all roles within the organization, providing clarity and long-term vision for our acto-nauts.
Events & Culture: Organize company events, such as our annual offsite in Lisbon, bi-annual on-site meetings in Munich, and quarterly virtual team-building activities.
People Ops & Office: Collaborate on designing and improving core HR processes, including onboarding, feedback systems, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as ensure the smooth running of daily operations and a productive working environment in our new Munich Office.
Drive: You’re motivated to work in a dynamic startup environment, ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact from day one and are available for at least 6 months.
First experience: Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the field of People and Culture - preferably in a start-up.
Passion for People: You genuinely enjoy creating an environment where people can do their best work and feel valued.
Proactive Learner: Whether it’s recruitment tools, HR strategies, or cultural initiatives, you’re eager to learn and grow with us.
Excellent Communication: You’re confident in interacting with stakeholders at all levels and have a strong command of both written and spoken English and German.
Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple projects and keeping tasks on track in a fast-paced setting.
