As our Intern, you will:
Assist in the organization and execution of recruitment activities, including events, fairs, and early career program selection processes
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in graduate and internship programs
Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Analyze HR data to assist in decision-making and reporting
Help create HR-related reports and presentations for business representatives
Organizational Talent Development

As our Intern you will:
Help design and develop training materials, including presentations and manuals
Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Update and manage databases of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
Support in creating newsletters, emails, and other communication materials to promote training programs
Assist in the administration and maintenance of LMS platforms

As our Intern, you will:
Supporting the interview and selection process by scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
Assisting with the sourcing and screening of potential candidates
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and communications
Engaging in projects aimed at improving the recruitment process and candidate experience
Maintaining candidate databases and tracking systems
Engaging in special projects related to talent strategy and workforce planning
Requirements

Strong communication skills
You are enrolled in your penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between your Bachelor and Master’s degree
You need to be available for between 3-6 months. There are flexible intakes available - Spring, Summer and Autumn
