As Junior Supervisor Customer Care Back Office- France, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations. By providing the necessary administration, you ensure that the day-to-day business of customer service runs smoothly. You help our customer service team to work efficiently and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction at Westwing France. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

• maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers & manufacturers
• serve as the main point of contact for complaints processing
• act as the Customer Service contact person for inquiries regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns, providing support to our agents
• ensure cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management
• contribute to the continuous development of internal processes
• provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met

• previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area
• very good written and spoken French, along with proficient English skills
• independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills 
• friendly, communicative, and motivated personality
• enjoyment in working with manufacturers and suppliers to handle complaints in a customer-oriented manner
