To strengthen our team, we are looking for an  
 
International HR-Manager (m/f/d)
 
at the earliest possible date.
 
 
Would you like to take on a responsible task with sense?
Then support us in the following areas:
 
Your are the contact person for leadership functions and HR colleagues in the country offices and support our colleagues in different field of HR and you are an active member of Help global HR network:
 

  • You set up the process for the introduction of HR standards in accordance with Help guidelines and in compliance with local laws (standardized contract design, salary scale, HR manual, terms & conditions)
  • You monitor and ensure the proper application of internal regulations and applicable laws as well as other labor law provisions in emergency situations.
  • You will support the management of Help, the colleagues in Bonn and the Country Directors in identifying developments in the area of HR and overarching special topics
  • You support actively the planning, participation, implementation and further development of HR topics and monitor the implementation / translation of the strategy into concrete measures
  • Creation & maintenance of digital personnel files, as well as support in setting up a local payroll structure for national employees in compliance with local laws regarding taxation and social security in close coordination with the Program and Finance Unit.

Convince us by:

  •  A university/bachelor degree in the field of human resources or another relevant subject area
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in international HR work in the context of humanitarian NGOs
  • Consulting skills in different cultural contexts
  • High level of problem-solving skills in challenging situations
  • Ability to coordinate and organize even under high work pressure and difficult site conditions.
  • A high level of mental and physical resilience with the ability to adapt to changing team structures and conditions.
  • Very good written and spoken English and French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
